What to wear and bring:

Wear comfortable loose clothes and trainers.  If you are just starting out, wear any trainers that do not have much tread.  You can buy dance trainers that have a 'spot' on the soul that allows the foot to turn and helps to avoid strain on knee and ankle joints.  You can also wear 'split-soul' trainers which are very flexible but do not have as much foot support,  It is a personal choice

Bring a bottle of water because you will need it and also a small towel may be useful.


And most important of all, arrive with an open mind and plenty of enthusiasm.

Leave with a smile, a real feel-good glow and hopefully some new friends!
